DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our initial consultation for design advice will help you get focused by establishing a plan to simplify and optimize your life. The consultation will last up to 2 hours, at your home,
where we get you on the right track so you can tackle your design or decorating project. The consultation will amplify your preferred style, things you like and activities you engage in.
We help you create a space which matches you and your lifestyle. All this involves a lot of questions, as well as possibly going through your collections and pictures you relate to.
Whatever you can share at the consultation appointment will help us better understand you and define a place that is yours to love. This is a way to save you time, money, and those costly mistakes by getting expert advice before starting a project.
This service is for you if;
You’re overwhelmed on where to start and need a plan to stay on the right track to finish.
You’re just needing some guidance and recommendations, so you’ll feel comfortable in the selections and purchases you make before starting your decorating project.
You have hundreds of Pinterest pictures and don’t know how to pull them together to make your home uniquely yours.
You like to do the work yourself and want to be confident that the choices you’re making will give you the desired outcome you’re looking for.
Some things we provide during an appointment
Take preliminary measurements, provide you with guidance with respect to layout, suggestions on finishes and built-ins if required.
We take time to discuss your design needs and wish list and let you know how some key design features can be properly integrated into your space.
A design services proposal based on the overall scope of work will be sent as a follow up to our consultation .
During our appointment, you can ask any decorating questions you have for any room in your home; it’s not limited to just one room. A Design Consultation is for design advice only. It does not include any moving of furniture, hanging artwork, or accessory styling.
Consultation fee + HST with a 2-hour minimum.
Anything more will be charged by 15 minutes increments at $50.

We’ll get together on a call and talk about your decorating project, challenges and advice you’re needing.
We’ll review our Design Consultation service as well as the other services we offer and decide which one is best for you.
We’ll schedule an appointment.
Our initial phone call is for information gathering only, design ideas and advice are provided during your consultation appointment.
GUARANTEE THE APPOINTMENT
With our scheduled date and time set, we’ll send you an invoice to guarantee your appointment.

TIME TO MEET AND CONSULT
We meet in person at your home and get started.
We’ll review what we want to accomplish.
Our consultations are an active and collaborative process; we like to cover as much as possible during our time together.
We take preliminary measurements (if time requires)Otherwise we come back for the measurements and we get starting on the design. Next we will present your the design and quote for the project to be finished.
Its up to you to collaborate with us for construction phase or you hire yours.
