Space planning is a fundamental element of the interior design process. It starts with an in-depth analysis of how the space is to be used, starting by drawing up a plan that defines the zones of the space and the activities that will take place within those zones.

Effective space planning ensures optimal use of floor area without wasted space. Space, in many situations, is often fruitless with inefficient layout utilization, oversized or undersized furniture pieces, unnecessary storage and other wasteful activities.

Wouldn’t it be great if you can visualize the space, prior to any renovation? Our space planning and 3D drawing & rendering package is perfect to address this challenge

This service is for you if;

• Looking to start an interior design or decorating project, but are not sure how to layout space
• Redesigning a kitchen, bathroom or entire floor and exploring the possibility of moving walls, any structural changes.
• Decorating a room with a clean slate. You require all new furnishings and perhaps custom built ins but you need to get a better understanding of the size of items to purchase and an idea for color palettes.

What You’ll Receive:

• We will start the process by Design Consultation. During the visit, you can discuss design needs, wish list and how we can provide you with solutions.

• After the visit we’ll come and take preliminary measurements to provide you with a 3D representation of the space.

•  You will receive two options for the layout of the space.

• CAD drawing, floor plan, 3D rendering, 360 views panoramic, Walk Through of the space.

• Inspiration photos for more great ideas and colour palettes

• Finish Selection Board with suggested materials, colours and finishes.

• Presentation Meeting plus one revision.

• This service provides a single room design and takes you to the point of the presentation.

What not to do or what is not Included?

• Plans are to be used as a visual reference to implement a design plan. We, not advise using these as construction documents. These renderings are provided for conceptual/ visual basis only.

• This service does not include project management. An additional percentage of the cost will be charged for that service.

Pricing for 3D Computer Renderings is based on the size of your space and your specific needs. Every project is unique.
